* You will receive an email once an order is cancelled

* Order will only be cancelled before dispatch.

* Applicable only on COD orders

* Only cancellation request will be entertained.

An order can't be cancelled if it is in process, however if a customer wishes to cancel an order 25 percent will be deducted as a processing fee.
