Shipping & Delivery
We hold our stock in the UK and ship every order with a tracked service. We deliver to mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Delivery time
- Standard tracked — 2 to 3 working days
- Express tracked — 1 to 2 working days
- Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland — 3 to 5 working days
Delivery charges
- Delivery is calculated at checkout before you pay
- All prices on this site are in pounds sterling (£)
- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days
Payment
All orders are paid online at checkout before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Please check that the delivery address and postcode you enter at checkout are correct. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us, and an incorrect address may delay your order.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
If nobody is home
The courier will either leave your parcel in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or leave a card with collection details. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange a re-send.
