What we collect

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it:

• Your name, delivery address and phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• The items you ordered and the order total
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site working

We do not collect or store card or bank details. All orders are Cash on Delivery, paid directly to the courier.

How we use it

To confirm and dispatch your order, to contact you about it by call or WhatsApp, to handle returns and exchanges, and to keep basic sales records. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only with our courier partners, and only the details they need to deliver your parcel: your name, address, phone number and the amount to collect. Our website hosting provider stores the site data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart contents between pages, to keep you logged in if you create an account, and to understand roughly how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and to handle any dispute or return. If you created an account, your profile stays until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email help@wearlibas.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
