Wear Libas (“we”, “us”) operates the online store at wearlibas.com, selling women’s clothing, footwear and accessories within Pakistan.
2. Placing an order
An order is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery details cannot be verified.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier services, weather or circumstances outside our control are not our liability, though we will always help you trace a delayed parcel. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
5. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange policy. Cut or stitched unstitched fabric cannot be returned.
6. Product accuracy
We photograph products in natural light and describe them honestly. Minor variation in colour due to screen settings, and small variation in measurement due to handling, is normal and not a defect.
7. Refusing delivery
Repeatedly placing COD orders and refusing delivery costs us shipping both ways. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who do so.
8. Intellectual property
All product photography, text and branding on this site belongs to Wear Libas and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
