Wear Libas operates the online store at wearlibas.com, selling ready-to-wear women’s clothing within the United Kingdom.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery details cannot be verified; if we do, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken online in full at the time of ordering; we do not offer cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier services, weather or circumstances outside our control are not our liability, though we will always help you trace a delayed parcel. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

5. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange policy, and by your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items made or altered to your own measurements cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Product accuracy

We photograph products in natural light and describe them honestly. Minor variation in colour due to screen settings, and small variation in measurement due to handling, is normal and not a defect.

7. Undelivered parcels

Please make sure the delivery address and postcode you give us are correct and complete. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it went uncollected, we will refund the cost of the goods but not the original delivery charge, and a re-send will be charged again.

8. Intellectual property

All product photography, text and branding on this site belongs to Wear Libas and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
