We deliver across Pakistan
Every order is shipped from our facility through a registered courier service, with tracking provided on every parcel.
Delivery time
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 working days
- Other major cities: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote areas, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan: 5 to 7 working days
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery charges
- Flat rate anywhere in Pakistan: Rs 200
- Free delivery on all orders above Rs 3,000
Cash on Delivery
You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. There is no advance payment and no card required.
Because we ship on trust, we call or WhatsApp every customer to confirm the order before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is reachable — unconfirmed orders cannot be shipped.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
If nobody is home
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-send.
