Not received a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are issued within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. If it has been longer than that, message us on WhatsApp (0348 9087576) with your order number and we will check immediately.
Order status meanings
- Processing — we have your order and are preparing it for dispatch
- Confirmed — you have confirmed the order on call or WhatsApp
- Dispatched — the parcel has left our facility and is with the courier
- Out for delivery — the rider will reach you today; keep cash ready
- Delivered — parcel handed over and payment received
