Do I need to pay in advance?
No. We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
Will you call before delivery?
Yes. We confirm every order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch, so please use a reachable number at checkout.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Send us the product link or a screenshot and we will place the order for you.
Sizing
How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide, which lists measurements in inches for clothing and PK/UK conversions for footwear. If you are still unsure, send us your measurements on WhatsApp.
What if the size is wrong?
You get one free size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. You cover only the return courier charge.
Products
Are the colours in photos accurate?
We shoot in natural light with minimal editing. Small variation is possible depending on your screen, but the piece you receive will match what you saw.
How much fabric is in an unstitched suit?
Standard sets are 2.5 to 3 metres for the shirt, 2.5 metres for the trouser, and 2.5 metres for the dupatta on 3-piece sets. Exact lengths are on each product page.
Is the stock real?
Yes. If an item shows as available, we have it. If something sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and refund or swap it immediately.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 working days for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. 3 to 5 days for other cities. Up to 7 days for remote areas.
What does delivery cost?
Rs 200 flat rate anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders above Rs 3,000.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We are focused on getting Pakistan right first.
Returns
Can I return unstitched fabric?
Only if it is uncut and unwashed. Once fabric is cut or stitched it cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Message us with a photo within 7 days and we will replace it at our cost, including return shipping.
