Frequently asked
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer it.
Ordering
How do I pay?
Securely online at checkout, in pounds sterling, before your order is dispatched. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Send us the product link or a screenshot and we will place the order for you.
Sizing
How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide, which maps UK sizes 8 to 20 to bust, waist and hip measurements in inches. If you are still unsure, send us your measurements on WhatsApp.
What if the size is wrong?
You get one free size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock. You cover only the return postage.
Products
Are the colours in photos accurate?
We shoot in natural light with minimal editing. Small variation is possible depending on your screen, but the piece you receive will match what you saw.
Do I need a tailor?
No. Everything we sell is ready to wear — stitched, finished and wearable the day it arrives. We do not sell unstitched fabric.
Is the stock real?
Yes. If an item shows as available, we have it. If something sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and refund or swap it immediately.
Delivery & Returns
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
2 to 3 working days on standard tracked delivery across mainland UK, 1 to 2 on express, and 3 to 5 for the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver within the United Kingdom only, so there is nothing to pay in customs or duty on your order.
What is your returns window?
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to post it back, unworn with tags attached. Full details on our Returns page.
